I am recruiting for the position of Apprentice Customer Service Sales Assistant.
The role is 30 hours a week and the candidate will be enrolled on an approved apprenticeship training scheme with Kirklees College.
The role is based at our new offices in Honley and will consist of introducing our marketing and Telecoms services to new and existing customers. This is a trainee position and sits within our sales function, I must stress that we are not a hard sell organisation, we provide a range of marketing solutions, web design, e-commerce, seo and social adverts so we work in partnership with our clients.
There are big plans for growth in the coming year, with more people joining the business, obviously we are under the restrictions that persevere at the time due to covid-19, that being said there is plenty of opportunity to progress on completion of the apprenticeship.
There will be loads of additional product and services training in house to complement the College course.
The hourly rate is standard apprenticeship rate of £4.15 however to complement this we have a structured bonus scheme in place.
About the Candidate:
To apply for the role candidate you must be 16+ have minimum Maths and English gcse’s or equivalent, a positive and friendly outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, and some customer service/sales experience would be desirable as well although full training will be given. You will need to have a base understanding of digital products and a positive personality.
We expect a good grasp of English both verbally and written as we are a business to business organisation.
