Digital Marketing Telesales Executive – This position is a permanent part-time role with a minimum of 20 hours per week within normal business hours.

The purpose of the role is to generate new leads and clients via engagement on the telephone. You will be expected to source your own leads, however it is anticipated that some leads will come through the businesses own marketing activities.

This role will be suitable for someone who enjoys interacting and building relationships with prospects, is comfortable working on the phone, and is able to manage the full sales cycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls with the purpose of creating new leads, opportunities, sales and clients.
  • Qualifying leads to determine fit and purchase interest.
  • Arranging and booking meetings either online (due to COVID-19) or face to face (after the end of any restrictions) with potential clients for the MD.
  • Recording all activities and call notes in CRM system.

About you:

In order to succeed it is essential for you to be well organised, with resilience and tenacity to handle rejection, and be confident in interacting with business owners across all sectors and sizes.

Your profile:

  • Fluent English, with excellent written and spoken skills
  • Previous experience in Business to Business outbound calling, business development, telesales, or telemarketing is essential
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience.
  • Experience of selling services will be beneficial.
  • You must be enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated, and confident in communicating with people at all levels
  • Very organised in planning, prioritising, and managing workload.

Apprentice Customer Service Sales Assistant

I am recruiting for the position of Apprentice Customer Service Sales Assistant.

The role is 30 hours a week and the candidate will be enrolled on an approved apprenticeship training scheme with Kirklees College.

The role is based at our new offices in Honley and will consist of introducing our marketing and Telecoms services to new and existing customers. This is a trainee position and sits within our sales function, I must stress that we are not a hard sell organisation, we provide a range of marketing solutions, web design, e-commerce, seo and social adverts so we work in partnership with our clients.

There are big plans for growth in the coming year, with more people joining the business, obviously we are under the restrictions that persevere at the time due to covid-19, that being said there is plenty of opportunity to progress on completion of the apprenticeship.

There will be loads of additional product and services training in house to complement the College course.

The hourly rate is standard apprenticeship rate of £4.15 however to complement this we have a structured bonus scheme in place.

About the Candidate:

To apply for the role candidate you must be 16+ have minimum Maths and English gcse’s or equivalent, a positive and friendly outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, and some customer service/sales experience would be desirable as well although full training will be given.

We expect a good grasp of English both verbally and written as we are a business to business organisation.
